Upcoming First Partner Challenge
Today, I’m thrilled to share details about our upcoming First Partner Challenge. This exciting initiative is set to kick off in just two days, and it’s perfect for those eager to expand their business horizons.
What to Expect in the First Partner Challenge
The First Partner Challenge aims to connect you with the right partnerships necessary for scaling your business. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, we are here to guide you through the process of finding and securing valuable teaming partners.

Once you register, you will gain access to our private challenge group where all assignments and materials will be shared. This environment is designed to foster collaboration and networking, allowing participants to engage fully in the learning experience.
Celebrating Milestones
Before diving deeper, I want to take a moment to celebrate that we’ve recently hit 40,000 subscribers on our channel! Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support. This milestone motivates us to work even harder to provide valuable content.
Building Capacity Through Partnerships
The essence of the First Partner Challenge is helping you understand the critical importance of capacity building. Many entrepreneurs struggle with taking on significant government contracts due to their limited capacity. For instance, if you’ve been contacted about a $10 million janitorial contract, you might not be able to fulfill it alone. However, with the right partner, you can tackle those larger projects that would otherwise be out of reach.
In essence, our goal is to teach you how to attract larger partners who can help expand your business capabilities. By collaborating with established businesses, you can leverage their strengths and credentials while enhancing your own.
Why Choose the First Partner Challenge?
This challenge is structured to cater to those who are serious about transitioning from smaller contracts to substantial projects effectively. We want participants who are ready to swing for the fences and aim for the kind of success that transforms their business landscape.
Engaging with Your Peers
While we await the challenge start, I encourage you to introduce yourselves. Please share your name, what you do, and any specific goals you have for the challenge. Engaging with your peers can often lead to new connections that might become valuable collaborations.
Q&A Section
I’ll be hosting a Q&A session at the end of each day. This is your chance to ask any questions relating to the topics we’ll cover, or even about your business strategy! I strongly encourage everyone to utilize this opportunity to gain clarity.
The Importance of Commitment
This challenge requires an investment of two hours a day, plus additional homework. It’s crucial that you can dedicate time to fully engage, as your commitment is fundamental to your success.
Expect thorough lessons, actionable steps, and the camaraderie of fellow entrepreneurs aiming to expand their networks and scale their businesses.
Networking Opportunities
This isn’t just a teaching event; it’s a chance to build your network. All participants are encouraged to actively engage in discussions and collaborations throughout the challenge. The more connections you make, the better positioned you’ll be to grab opportunities when they arise.
Building Relationships with Larger Companies
At the core of what we teach is the necessity of establishing authentic relationships. Knowing how to engage with larger firms is essential. Many companies are looking for qualified subcontractors or consultants, yet they may not know where to start. Our goal is to connect you with those businesses and negotiate agreements that work for both parties.
Preparing for Success
To wrap things up, I encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the materials available. If you’re part of Federal Contract Academy, there are ample strategies and insights waiting for you. Your success in this challenge starts now—with preparation and a willingness to engage fully.
Please stay tuned for further updates, and I look forward to embarking on this journey with all of you. See you soon!
