The city staff will then review these submissions monthly, creating a consistent flow of innovation into governmental processes. Submissions that align closely with municipal needs may earn an invitation to IT Vendor Day, an event that allows companies to present their concepts in person. This provides a vital platform for further discussion, which can lead to pilot projects, formal requests for proposals, or even integration into future budget plans.
